So big news for the McWhorter's.....We bought a house! We are currently in Escrow and hoping to close before the end of the month. We are very excited to move in. I am especially excited to decorate though I am sure to want new stuff and now that all our money is being spent to buy the house, I have no money to decorate...sad day. Justin was thrilled to find out after the appraisal that in a downward spiraling market, our house has actually increased in value since our offer was accepted and the appraiser assures us that once we paint and put in appliances it will increase again! Hopefully most of you will get a chance to visit and for those who can't we will try to keep pictures coming!

Yay! I think we're planning a visit for Easter. I'm sure we can at least do a drive-by if you aren't in yet. Congratulations, that's very exciting!

Amazing! It looks so awesome and before long it will no longer be just a house, but your HOME! Have fun. I decorated a house on a low budget in Modesto. You'll have a good time with it. Congratulations to you all.
